prepare our menu items, fresh-from-scratch, daily using only the freshest and
finest ingredients for our authentic recipes. All
our meats are slow cooked over hickory and charcoal, cooked "the
old-fashioned way!” We continually strive to
provide our customers with hospitality and service that is beyond the
ordinary. We think of you as a guest, invited to our home, to enjoy
great food in a fine, family atmosphere. |

| We
slow cook the choicest grade of beef and pork ribs, chicken, shoulders,
burgers, hotdogs, all cooked with the deliciously seasoned hickory smoke
flavor you expect in mouth watering barbecue. Each slab of ribs is trimmed to our very
high specifications and every pork shoulder is hand pulled. We also serve the
freshest and crispiest fried fish around.
