Mama Jean's BBQ Shack is a state of the art mobile food unit. We use our 14 foot trailer to serve slow cooked Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Burgers, Hotdogs and Turkey legs all cooked to a tender perfection. We also have our famous sides such as our Macaroni and Cheese, Fresh Corn, Green Beans, French Fries and our famous Baked Beans and to top it off our signature "Daddy Luther's Barbecue Sauce" just to name a few! |
